6. Response times
JUMO undertakes to respond to your access, correction or objection request or any other request for further information within a reasonable period which will not exceed 1 month from the date of receipt of your request.
7. Authorised service providers and transfer to a country outside the European Union
JUMO uses its authorised service providers to facilitate the collection and processing of the data you have sent us. These service providers may be situated outside the European Union: they receive the data collected via the various forms to be found on the Website (except for the form that allows you to exercise your “Loi Informatique et Libertés” rights, which is offered and exploited by JUMO).
JUMO makes sure in advance that its service providers offer suitable guarantees and compliance with strict terms and conditions relating to data confidentiality, usage and protection.
